摘要
地方高校在发挥其社会服务职能的过程中,应在坚持社会服务的学术性的基础上,紧密结合地方经济社会发展需要,建立协调人才培养、科学研究、社会服务三项职能的平衡机制,形成自己的社会服务特色,达到高校与区域社会双向互利的局面。
During the process of giving service to society, regional colleges or universities can develop a set of balanced system, which should be insisted on the academical basis of society service and combined with the necessity of regional economical development. This kind of system has three functions which include harmonious talents cultivation, scientific research and social service. By this way, could colleges or universities form their own features for serving society, and achieve mutual benefit between regional society and themselves.
