摘要
介绍了掺钛宝石、金绿宝石、石榴石、镁橄揽石、YLF和LCAF等几种典型的固体可调谐激光晶体,综合评述了它们的激光性能、生长方法、晶体的缺陷特征及其影响,报道了Bridg-man方法生长LCAF晶体的研究进展。
In this paper ,several typical tunable laser solid crystals ,such as Ti:Al2O3,
BeAl2O4, Y3Al5O12, Cr: Mg2SiO4, LiYF4 and LCAF are described. Their laser characteristics, growth methods, crystal defects and their effects on crystal quality are reviewed. Bridgman growth of LCAF crystals in our lab is reported.
