酒神精神在20世纪中国文学中颇有影响,莫言的小说《红高粱家族》对酒神精神表现最为充分。作者通过余占鳌形象表达理想的生命状态,并对现代文明展开批判。但是由于强力型自然人无法确立超越精神,最终只能自我瓦解。

The Dionysian spirit has had great influence in the Chinese literature of the 20th century. Mo yan＇ s fiction The Family of Red Kaoliang depicts the Dionysian spirit sufficiently. He manifests the ideal condition of life by the character Yu Zhanao,who has no transcending spirit and destroys himself at last.
