摘要 在研究RIM-PU增强工艺性能的基础上,采用增强反应注射成型(RRIM)和结构反应注射成型(SRIM)技术,研究制备了RIM-PU增强复合材料,并对材料性能进行了实验研究。结果表明,不论是RRIM-PU还是SRIM-PU材料,它们的物理机械性能和热稳定性能都优于未增强的RIM-PU制品,而SRIM-PU材料性能更佳。 The glass fibre RIM-PU reinforced composites have been made by rein- forcement reaction injection moulding (RRIM) and structure reaction injection moulding (SRIM) techniques on the basis of studying the technological performance of RIM PU reinforced composites. The properties of the prepared composites have been experimentally studied,and the results show that both glass fibre RRIM-PU and SRIM-PU comosites have better properties than unrein-forced RIM-PU products, and the SRIM-PU composites exhibit much higher heat resistance and mechanical properties than the RRIM-PU composites.
