In an organization, there are a group of people, who are always seemingly busy, hard working or well-received, but actually idle around. These hidden idle employees know the inadequacies of performance management systems well, so they manage to pretend to be diligent or important roles in the organization. To identify them, and then solve the hidden problem, is a tough challenge for many managers.
