王石凹煤矿立井箕斗定重装载系统的研制

Development of Fixed-Weight Loading System of Shaft Skip in Whangshiwa Colliery

针对原系统不能定重装载的问题,研究采用液压式的称重方法,由液压站对称重及闸门液压缸进行控制,并通过PLC对系统进行主控制及称重数据采集和处理,实现了立井箕斗提升装置的定重装载。

According to disability on fixed-weight loading of original system,the paper applied hydraulic weighting approach in which the weight-ing and valve hydraulic cylinder were controlled by hydraulic station,main control to system and collection and processing of weighting data were conducted with PLC,thus the fixed-weight loading of shaft skip was realized.
