摘要
通过试验模拟现场工作条件,建立了固定载荷模式下钢丝绳疲劳寿命的预测模型。应用该模型可预测钢丝绳的疲劳寿命,这样既有利于保证生产安全,又能节约成本,合理安排生产计划。但是使用该预测模型指导生产时钢丝绳的维护工作量会有略微增加,同时模型中参数的最优取值,还需在实践中做进一步研究。
With simulating the environment of working spot,the paper estab-lished the model for forecasting the fatigue lifespan of steel rope in fixed load conditions,by which expectant fatigue lifespan of steel rope could be known in advance,which not only ensures production safety,but also saves cost and reasonably arranges work plan. While,there is a little increasement on maintenance of steel rope when apply-ing this forecasting moedel to guide production. Meanwhile,the opti-mal value of some parameters in this model need to further study in practice.
