面向装配成本的设计研究

Study to Design Based on Assembly Cost

通过对面向成本设计(DFC)中的装配成本、产品装配建模和不同设计阶段成本估算方法的研究,提出了产品装配估算策略和降低装配成本的设计原则。提高了产品不同设计阶段装配成本的估算精度,达到降低产品成本的目的。

By separate analysis to the design based on cost and the design bsed on assembly,the paper offered the conceptional model for the design based on assembly cost. And with the study to approach for estimate product assembly cost,it presented the strategy for estimating product assembly and the design principle for reducing the assembly cost.
