摘要
采用了卢瑟福背散射、俄歇电子能谱和X射线衍射等现代表面分析技术,研究了Ta离子注人和Ta+C双注入的钻粘结碳化钨(WC-Co)硬质合金表面的微化学和微结构变化.在此基础上,进行了进口和国产的WC-Co刀具的Ta注入和Ta+C双注入的表面改性研究,取得了明显的应用效果.
The changes in microchemistry and microstructure of Co cemented WC(WC-Co) hard alloy implanted by Ta ions with and without additional C ions are investigatedrespatively by using Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy, Anger electron spectroscopyand glancing angle X- ray deffraction. On the basis of those, the cutting tools of WC-Cohard alloy made in Israel and in China are implanted by Ta or Ta+C ions. The results ofsignificant improvements in operation performance of the implanted WC - Co cutting tools arepresented.
