THE SYNTHESIS OF 3-SEC- HYDROCARBYLSYDNONES

报导了3-仲烃基斯德酮的合成，其方法是将酮类化合物与甘氨酸乙酯缩合，再将所得的Schiff碱经还原、水解、亚硝化及环化，得到3-仲烃基斯德酮．后者与溴反应，获得3-仲烃基-4-溴斯德酮．它们的结构经元素分析，IR，1HNMR所证实．

The title compounds which has the general structure (R=Menthyl-, p Cl-C6H4CHCH3, α-naphthylCHCH3) were synthesized by following route. Using ketonesas starting material condensed with ethyl glycinate to obtain Schiff bases, then by reductionwith NaBH4, hydrolysis, nitrosation and cydisation obtain 3 - sec- hydrocarbylsydnone.Bromination of 3 -sec- hydrocarbylsydnone were also studied. Their structures are deduced byelemental analysis. IR and 1HNMR.
