摘要
研究了反应热对钛铁矿铝热还原过程的影响,不同反应热对钛铁矿铝热还原反应产物钛铁与钛收率的影响及渣的形貌分析结果表明,当反应热的绝对值|ΔH|<2583.24KJ/Kg时,钛铁与钛收率随|ΔH|的增加而增大,钛铁中的铝含量则降低;当|ΔH|>2583.24KJ/Kg时,钛铁与钛收率随|ΔH|的增加而减少,铝含量则增大,因此钛铁矿铝热还原反应的反应热应严格控制在-2584.24KJ/Kg。
Influence of reaction heat on the aluminothermic process was studied. The effect of reaction heat variation on FeTi and Ti recover and optical microscopy observations of slag produced show that FeTi and Ti recorery are increased and Al content in alloy decreased with the increase of the absolute value of reaction heat when |ΔH|<2584.24KJ/Kg;however, when |ΔH|>2584.24KJ/Kg, FeTi and Ti recovery are decreased with the increase of the absolute value of reaction heat. Thereforee. The reaction heat for the aluminthermic process of ilmenite is strictly controlled to be -2584.24KJ/Kg.
