摘要
镁合金铸件的生产工艺与传统的铝合金铸件生产工艺相比有较大的区别,其铸件废品类型和形成原因也大不相同。根据镁合金铸造的理论依据,结合具体生产实践,对铸造生产中容易出现的缺陷产生原因进行了实验研究和分析,并分别设计了相应的解决措施去消除缺陷,然后通过大批量生产和跟踪调查,对措施的有效性进行了改进、修正和评价,使镁合金铸造工艺更合理。综合多年的实践,介绍了镁合金的特性,列举并分析了镁合金铸造生产过程中经常出现的铸造缺陷形式、成因和解决措施以及常用的细化剂。
The casting technology of magnesium alloy is quite different from traditional aluminum alloy, its casting-defects and causes of formation are also very different. The cause of casting defects of magnesium alloy was experimentally studied and analyzed based on the theory of casting technology with production practice, and the anti-measures are taken to eliminate the casting defects, and then modification, correction and evaluation are made on the validity of those measures through mass production and following investigation. Therefore the casting technology of magnesium alloy is more reasonable. The characteristics, casting defects, cause of formation, the solution of magnesium alloy as well as common refiners are enumerated and analyzed.
