主要介绍了1000Mw超超临界汽轮机高压外缸排汽端的铸造工艺方案,针对汽缸特点采用的铸造工艺、热处理方案均满足了所要求的超声波探伤及力学性能要求。
The casting technique of ultra supercritical steam turbine exhaust casing is introduced. The casting and heat treatment process were designed to meet the requirement of ultrasonic test and mechanical properties.
