摘要
私营企业家在授权过程中,明显受到中国传统“家文化”的影响,但与此同时又由于受市场经济影响,“家文化”对授权影响因而出现复杂化。因此,对不同类型的私营企业及不同的发展阶段,企业家的授权模式应有所不同。
This paper provides empirical evidence on the authorizing by private-owners, influenced apparently by the Chinese traditional "Family Culture" as well as market-oriented economy. The influence of Chinese traditional "Family Culture" on the authorizing appears complex consequently. Therefore, the authorizing pattern should be different according to different types of private enterprise or different development phases.
