论中国农村法治进程中的矛盾

On the Contradictions in the Progress of Rule by Law in Chinese Rural Area

中国农村法治进程关系中国能否实现法治的总体大局。在从传统向现代化转型的社会进程中,中国农村的法治进程充满三大矛盾:一是自然经济与市场经济的矛盾,二是乡土社会与市民社会的矛盾,三是臣民观念与公民观念的矛盾。解决这些矛盾,当是中国法治进程必须面对的重大问题。

The progress of riding-by-law in Chinese rural areas concerns China＇s overall situation of riding-by-law.In the social process of transition from tradition to modernization, the progress of ruling-by-law in Chinese rural area is filled with such three contradictions as follows： firstly, the contradiction of natural economy and market economy; secondly, local society and civil society; thirdly, subject＇s idea and citizen＇s idea. To solve these contradictions is a great problem that China has to face in the course of ruling-by-law.
