At present, our country＇s investigation and research work of exit-entry administration is characterized of depending on leaders without enough professionals, depending on individual study lacking of collective research. To innovate the work of exit-entry administration, we should position accurately, adopt flexible ways of investigation and renovate the mechanism. Leadership and establishment of investigation team and special organizations of investigation and research are most important.
