摘要
当前我国的出入境管理调研工作呈现出领导带头多,专业人员少;个人研究多,集体研究少等特点。创新出入境管理调研工作要做到定位准、方式活、机制新。领导带头,建立良好的调研队伍和专门的调研机构是其关键。
At present, our country's investigation and research work of exit-entry administration is characterized of depending on leaders without enough professionals, depending on individual study lacking of collective research. To innovate the work of exit-entry administration, we should position accurately, adopt flexible ways of investigation and renovate the mechanism. Leadership and establishment of investigation team and special organizations of investigation and research are most important.
