摘要
采用新的水处理工艺—两级沸石曝气生物滤池(TZBAF)处理生活污水,主要通过实验研究了ZBAF的技术特点。结果表明:CODcr平均进水浓度为245mg/L时,除碳段去除率为84.4%;NH3-N进水为42.9mg/L时,平均去除率达88%,满足中水回用标准。本工艺对冲击负荷有较强的适应性,COD容积负荷小于10 kg/m3.d、氨氮小于1.5kg/m3.d时,浓度变化对去除率影响不大。主要问题是内部空隙率较低。
A new water treatment process--two -stage zeolite media biological aerated filter (TZBAF) is designed to treat domestic wastewater. When the average concentration of CODe, is 245mg/L, the total removal rate is nearly 100%, the ammonia nitrogen concentration is 42. 9mg/L, the average removal rate is 88%, which meets the reuse standard of treated water. This process has stronger flexibility to impact loading, when the volumetric loading rate of CODcr and NH3 - N is less than 10kg/m^3 · d, 1.5kg/m^3· d, respectively, the variation of concentration has little effect on the removal rate. The primary problem is the hydraulic condition is bad because the void ratio is lower which lead to the difficulty to aeration and backwashing.
