2005年安徽省提出"东向战略",确立了融入"长三角"的发展思路。东向发展,主要是在思想观念、产业结构、市场体系等方面与"长三角"实现衔接。而安徽的发展现状恰恰是在这些方面发展滞后,安徽要真正实现融入"长三角",需要在基础设施、经济发展环境、产业结构、生态建设等方面有所突破。

In 2005,Anhui province put forward the Stratagem-oriented, and established development route of joining in Yangtse Delta. The Stratagem-oriented mainly is in aspect and so on thought idea, industrial structure, market system which links up with ＂the long triangle＂. But Anhui＇s development present situation exactly is lag in these aspects, Anhui province must truly realize that melting into ＂the long triangle＂ needs in aspect and so on infrastructure, economical development environment, industrial structure, ecology construction to have the breakthrough.
