摘要
从企业可持续发展的基本特征出发,分析了绩效管理在企业可持续发展中的作用,探讨了以企业可持续发展为导向的绩效管理体系的内容,以期为绩效管理研究提供一个新的视角。
From the basic features of sustainable development, this paper makes an analysis of the role of performance management in the enterprises sustainable development, and carries a discussion on enterprises sustainable development-oriented performance management system, in the hope that it will provide a new perspective to the study of performance management.
