摘要
电力资产证券化是我国当前新兴的一种电力企业融资方式。对这种融资方式的筹资成本进行了分析,并揭示了电力企业采用这种融资方式的原因。
power assets securitization is a new financing approach of power corporations in our country.It analyses the cost of this approach and concludes the reason why it is used by power corporations in this paper.
