湖南省社会矛盾纠纷排查化解工作的调查和思考

近年来我省在排查化解社会矛盾纠纷工作中取得了一定的成绩,但还存在一些突出的社会矛盾纠纷。我省社会矛盾纠纷的化解对策应建立健全强有力的化解矛盾的组织领导机制;大力发展经济,构建合理的利益关系协调机制;建立健全新时期思想政治工作教育引导机制,发挥其导向作用;建立健全化解社会矛盾纠纷的法律机制,将社会矛盾化解引入法制化轨道;进一步健全群众利益诉求表达机制;构建排查社会矛盾预警机制,将矛盾消除在萌芽状态;建立和推行大调解格局,完善社会矛盾纠纷调处责任机制。

Some achievements have been made in resolving the social contradictions and disputes in our province in recent years, but some projecting social contradictions and disputes still exist. As for the defusing strategy for resolving social contradictions and disputes in our province, powerful leadership mechanism should be established and perfected;reasonable mechanisms coordinating relations of benefits be constructed by vigorously developing economy; education - guidance mechanism of ideological and political work be set up and perfected to play its leading role;legal mechanism resolving social contradictions and disputes be established and strengthened to defuse the social contradictions in a legal track;the expression mechanism of the interest of the masses be further perfected; warning mechanism of investigating social contradictions be constructed to eliminate them in the bud;establish and implement a massive mediation structure to improving the responsibility mechanism of mediating social contradictions ands disputes.
