关于高职学生实习的几点思考

大学生就业已经成为社会关注的焦点。实习是就业的前奏,是敲开就业之门的钥匙。如今实习教育已经成为各高职院校教学的一部分重要内容,成为必修课。而作为高职学生在实习过程中,出现了学生不能给自己准确定位,不愿进入小企业实习,实习单位并不重用实习生,实习专业不对口等诸多问题,值得学校有关部门进行思考和研究。

Graduates＇ employment has been the focus of the social attention. Practice is the prelude and the key the employment. Now practice has been a important part of teaching and the obligatory course. In the process of practice there are some problems, for instance, many students can not fix themselves well and dislike to enter small enterprise, some units don＇ t pay attention to the practice students and the practice is not what they have learned and so on. Related department should consider all these questions.
