摘要
在分析了价值链集成对制造企业的影响基础上,提出了价值链管理两种集成模式——战略协同和战略联盟,进而提升制造企业竞争优势,实现企业的可持续发展。
This paper analyzed the influence of the value chain management integration to manufacture enterprise, brings forward the two integration model of the value chain management-strategic cooperation and strategic alliance , in order to advancing the manufacture enterprise competitive advantage and realizing the enterprise＇s continuable development.
