经颈静脉及股动脉插管大鼠体外循环模型的建立 被引量:4

The establishment of the animal model of cardiopulmonary bypass via right external jugular vein and left femoral artery in the rats

摘要 目的建立大鼠体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)动物模型,为心血管外科CPB术后重要器官损伤和全身炎症反应的研究提供简单可靠、经济实用的实验平台。方法选用雄性SD大鼠20只,经右颈静脉插管引流,股动脉插管灌注建立CPB。CPB1h,监测血流动力学指标及血气、电解质的变化。结果在CPB动物中血流动力学稳定,血气结果满意,完全符合满意CPB标准。停机后心血管和呼吸功能顺利恢复。结论利用特制动物实验膜肺,建立经右颈静脉、股静脉插管引流,股动脉插管灌注的大鼠体外循环模型,具有安全、稳定、简单、实用的特点,是进行与体外循环有关脏器损伤和全身炎症反应的研究提供简单可靠、经济实用的实验平台。 Objective To establish the animal model of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)in the rats214ethods 20 male SD rats were anaesthetize and assigned to undergo 60 min of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).The femoral artery and the right external jugular vein were cannulated.CPB were performed with the left femoral artery perfusion at a flow rate of 120- 140ml/kg-min.During the whole process, hemodynamics,electrocardiograph (ECG)and blood-gas analysis were observed.Results 18 of the 20 animals were performed successfully.The hamodynamical parameters were steady and blood-gas analysis normal during whole progress.After CPB weaning, cardiovascular and respiratory functions recorvered rapidly.Conclusion The rat model of CPB established via the right external jugular vein and the left femoral artery perfusion ia safe,reliable,steady and utility.It is an ideal model for studying post-CPB multiple organ dysfunctions.
