补佳乐补充治疗在IVF-ET中的临床研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨补佳乐补充治疗对IVF-ET结局的影响。方法选择2003年2月￣2006年12月在我中心接受IVF-ET或ICSI治疗,在COH中最大卵泡直径为1.5cm时、子宫内膜≤7mm的患者共141个周期,141个周期患者中接受补佳乐补充治疗的为75周期,设为研究组;未口服补佳乐的66个周期设为对照组。结果两组在不孕原因、不孕时间等无统计学差异性(P>0.05);两组在补充补佳乐前子宫内膜厚度、平均获卵数、平均受精数亦无统计学差异性(P>0.05),补佳乐治疗后研究组在停Gn日和移植日EM均高于对照组,研究组妊娠率和种植率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补佳乐补充治疗后可以改善子宫内膜的容受性,提高IVF-ET患者的妊娠率和种植率。
