钙黏附蛋白在乳腺癌中表达及临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨上皮性钙黏附蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)与乳腺癌淋巴结转移及生物学行为关系。方法用S-P免疫组化法检测E-cad在20例正常乳腺组织、30例乳腺良性肿瘤及150例乳腺癌中表达情况。结果正常乳腺组织及良性肿瘤中E-cad高表达率明显高于乳腺癌。淋巴结转移数越多,E-cad表达呈减弱的趋势,统计学有显著差异(P<0.01)。E-cad的表达与病理分级无相关性。结论E-cad与乳腺癌淋巴结转移及预后密切相关,可作为判断乳腺癌转移潜能及预后的重要参考指标。
