心肺复苏过程中溶栓治疗改善缺血后脑损害的研究进展

摘要 目前心搏骤停经心肺复苏后存活的患者中很大一部分都伴有脑功能损害．据估计只有5％经院外复苏成功后的患者无明显的脑功能损害表现．并成为心肺脑复苏失败的关键问题．在美国每年有将近100000～200000例病人因心搏骤停后脑损害而被送入ICU治疗。Myerburg等发现心肺复苏后存活的病人有70％将在后续治疗中死亡．
