摘要
劳动关系是社会和谐程度的重要衡量尺度。劳动关系是否和谐不仅关系到国计民生,更牵扯到社会的稳定。本文阐述了构建和谐劳动关系的必要性,分析了我国企业劳动关系的现状和存在的主要问题,在此基础上,就如何构建新时期企业和谐的劳动关系提出了具体的建议,意在对"创建和谐劳动关系企业"工作起到促进作用,进而实现整个社会的和谐、进步。
the labor relation is an important yardstick of social harmonious degree. Whether the labor relation is harmonious not only affects the nation's economy and the people's livelihood, but more involved in the social stability. This paper elaborates the necessity of establishing the harmonious labor relation, analyses the present conditions and the main problems of the labor relation between the enterprises in our country. On this foundation, it puts forward the concrete suggestions of how to establish the harmonious labor relation between the enterprises in the new period. This paper in order to promote the work of “establishing the harmonious labor relation enterprises”, then realizes the whole society's harmony and progress.
