与我国海外直接投资快速增长相适应,构建完善的海外投资保险体系已经迫在眉睫。本文从我国企业海外直接投资面临的风险入手,分析了我国现行国际法和国内法对海外直接投资保护的不足,提出制定《海外投资保险法》,设立海外投资保险基金、建立海外投资保险中介机构等完善措施。

With the fast growth of the overseas direct investment in today China, setting up the overseas investment insurance system is impending. This text analyses the risk of the oversea direct investment of our country business enterprise, the shortage of protection to overseas direct investment of current international law and local methods. We must formulate 《The Insurance Law of Overseas Direct Investment》 establish the overseas investment insurance fund, build up the broker organization of overseas investment insurance.
