慢性肾衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽水平与心功能的关系研究进展

摘要
钠尿肽类激素主要分3种:①心房钠(ANP):由心房细胞分泌,应激反应为心房膨胀②脑钠肽或称B型钠尿肽(BNP):由心室肌细胞分泌,应激反应为心室膨胀;③血管钠尿肽(CNP):由内皮细胞分泌,应激反应为内皮细胞坏死。
