摘要
试验研究了不同质量浓度的6-BA和NAA对银叶合果芋离体培养的影响.结果表明,采用茎段作为外植体进行初代诱导较好;较好的增殖配方为MS+BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;再生芽高生长最佳配方为MS+BA1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;生根培养基则以1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L为最佳.炼苗移栽成活率在95%以上.
Syngonium podophyllum cv. Silver Knight was cultured in vitro on media containing 6-BA and NAA in different combinations. As explants, stem segments were better for preliminary induction. The medium MS+BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L was suitable for multiplication. The medium MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L proved satisfactory for the elongation of the regenerated shoots. The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L. More than 95% of the hardened plantlets survived after transplanting.
