摘要
采用《加利福尼亚心理调查表(CPI—RC)》对云南省边远地区的少数民族教师进行调查分析,对少数民族教师人格特征进行描述,并从少数民族教师的人格特征入手,探索形成其职业素质和表现其职业道德的心理条件及其相关因素,进而为有针对性和实效性地开展少数民族教师培养培训活动,促进少数民族教师专业化发展提供实际意义上的依据。
This study describes the features of ethnic teachers in the remote areas of Yunnan province through the use of CPI. It probes into the psychological conditions that help to form teachers' professional quality and exhibit their professional ethics and search for the factors that affects their features of personality so as to provide psychological foundation for educating ethnic teachers and promoting the quality of education in the remote areas.
