摘要
基于项目全寿命周期的角度,研究了代建项目全寿命周期的监督机制,提出对代建人、政府委托人的监督机制应包括监督政府机制、政府监督机制和社会公众监督机制,并分析了各类监管机制的监督要点。
Based on project life cycle perspective, supervision mechanism of project life cycle under construction agent system was researched. Supervision mechanism of agent and government client includes government supervised mechanism,government supervision mechanism and social supervision mechanism. Supervison essentials of various supervision mechanisms were analyzed.
