摘要
建立了房地产公司经济竞争力评价指标,融合神经网络与遗传算法构建了基于遗传算法优化神经网络的经济竞争力评价系统。选取18家典型上市房地产公司进行模拟评价,模拟结果证明系统具有一定的可行性和实用性。
This paper proposes one set of economic competitiveness indicators for listed real estate firm and establishes an intelligent evaluation system for evaluating the listed real estate firm＇s economic competitiveness with integration of neural network and genetic algorithm. By using the system,this paper also carries out a simulation evaluation of the economic competitiveness of 18 typical listed real estate firms. The result shows that the proposed system is feasible and practical.
