Some Production Constrains on Major Crops and Research Priorities

本文研究作物生产限制因子的技术部分，并着重找出影响潜在产量的主要因子；研究克服这些限制因子的可能性及花费；在作物科研中找出优先研究问题及指导有效地分配现有资源。今后作物科研的方向，在很大程度上，取决于有效地使用科研投入。

Crop production is constrained by many factors, which arc divided into two parts: social-economic and techinical. The study is concerned with the latter and focused on identifying the major factors responsible for the potential yield ; determining the possibility and costs of removing these constraints ; and prioritizing the crop research and guiding effective allocation of existing resources. To reflect the needs of the farmers, based on the actual situation in the province, the further progress of crop research depends upon, to a great extent, the effective use of research inputs.
