摘要
进行了3种升温方法和不同密度对刺参性腺发育、精卵排放时间的影响试验。发现按每天15℃的升温梯度升至14℃,恒温3天后,再按每天1℃的升温梯度升至165℃恒温培育,促熟密度在20头/以下,积温达到800℃以上再采卵育苗,效果较好。控温育苗比常温育苗出苗时间可提前1个月,幼参规格可提高1~2cm。
An experiment was conducted on effect on the time for the gonad development of the sea cucumber and the time for ovulation and sperm excreting with three kinds of methods for raising temperature in different density for accelerating maturity.The result showed:when raising the temperature 1.5℃ every day till 14℃ to keep the temperature constant three days and then raising the temperature 1℃ every day till 16.5℃ to keep the temperature constant for rearing under the density of 20 ind./ to accelerate maturity as the temperature accumulated above 800℃ to collect the fertilized eggs for seed rearing the effect would be good.The larvae emerged one month early in advance in the controlled temperature,compared the time in the natural temperature for seedrearing,and the size of the young sea cucumber was bigger 1~2 cm long than that in the natural temperature.
