钻井液用乳液型有机硅消泡剂HXP-3的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 麦克巴油田现场黄原胶增粘钻井液消泡难和消泡剂使用成本较高,在室内对二甲基硅油、二氧化硅、乳化剂等处理剂的类型和加量进行优选,成功的开发出乳液型有机硅消泡剂HXP-3。该消泡剂不仅对普通钻井液具有较好的消泡、抑泡效果,而且对黄原胶增粘的难消泡钻井液也具有良好的消泡效果。与国内同类产品相比,在流变性、稳定性和消泡性方面也具有明显优势。先后在麦克巴服务的海上油田、江汉油田以及冀东油田现场投入使用,取得较好的应用效果和经济效益。 Owing to the troubles occurring in the application of drilling fluid using xanthan gum as tackfier in Maikeba oilfield and its higher cost, hence the selection of types and dosage of dimethyl silicone oil, silica, emulsifiers and so on have been optimized in the lab, the silicone emulsion defoamer HXP-3 has been devised successfully. The defoamer has good anti-foaming and foam-suppressing properties, not only for ordinary drilling fluid, but also for xanthan gum containing drilling fluid. Compared with the domestic similar products, HXP-3 also own obvious advantage in rheology, stability and anti-foaming. The defoamer has been used successively in the offshore oil field of Maikeba, Jianghan Oilfield and Jidong Oilfield, better results and economic benefits had been achieved.
