在非公路用机动设备排放法规方面,欧美在2004年就已经开始实施第三阶段排放标准(Stage Ⅲ/Tier 3),更为严格的第四阶段排放标准也即将实施。排放法规的不断升级,带来的不仅是比前一个排放限制方面要求更加严格的新标准,更多地则是为发动机制造商带来的极大的技术挑战。

Regarding to off-highway emission standard,European countries & America carried out StageⅢ/Tier 3 ever since 2004,and the more strict one will come onto stage soon. The upgrading emission standard brings with it not only challenge to the previous one,but also technology challenge to all the motor manufacturers.
