多数地方院校均属教学型大学,但在发展过程中,很多大学转向教学研究型大学。学术组织作为大学的"生产单位",承担了大学的各项职能,不同层次大学学术组织应实施符合其自身规律的管理方式。教学型大学向教学研究型大学的转变,要求学术组织管理权力必要下移,形成矩阵的组织结构,对成员的管理也应相对放松。

As a ＂production unit＂ of university, academic organization undertakes all functions. The different types of universities decide the differences of management mode. When teaching - oriented universities become teaching and research-oriented ones, the management power of academic organization should be given to the lower rank, forming a matrix of organization structure.
