环己烯衍生及相关产品的研究新进展 被引量:1

Progress in Research and Development of Downstream Products from Cyclohexene

摘要 介绍了近年来国内外对合成环己烯研究开发的一些新动态,它们包括:应用固体酸作催化剂,环己醇催化脱水制环己烯,其收率达90%;苯在钌系及Ni/海泡石催化剂作用下,选择加氢制备环己烯,其选择性达85.3%;以及环己烷氧化脱氢制环己烯新工艺等。本文对环己烯衍生及相关产品研究开发、新工艺技术路线及应用也作了比较详细的介绍。这些衍生产品包括:1,2-环己二醇,环氧环己烷,环己酮,1,3-丙二醇缩酮,环己烯酮,环己醇,己二酸等。 In this paper, the synthesis of cyclohexene was reviewed, which included: (1) preparation of cyclohexene by dehydration of cyclohexanol in the presence of solid catalysts, with the yield of cyclohexene up to 90%. (2) Selective hydrogenation of bezene to produce cyclohexene in the presene of Ru based catalysts or Ni/ sepiolite, selectivity of cyclohexene up to 83.5%. (3) The oxidative dehydrogenation of cyclohexane in the presence of CeCl3 / hoolamite and air as oxidative agent. Great progress in benzene selective hydrogenation to cyclohexene has been made in recent yeats. So it was very important for research and development of its downstream products. The progress in research and development of downstream products such as 1,2-cyclohexanediol , epoxycyclohexane, 1,2-cyclohexene-1-one, cyclohexanol, cyclohexanone, cyclohexanediol and adipic acid, 1,3-propanediol ketal ctc from cyclohexene or correhtive products was introduced. Rxaction systems and catalysts of these downstream products were also discussed.
