运用数理统计法、相关分析法等方法对农用地分等成果和耕地占补折算的中间成果进行分析整理,通过建立相关模型从而得到农用地等别与标示标准粮之间的关系;以粮食总量动态平衡为原则,求算出耕地整理系数,并通过公式最终求算出占用耕地的审批指标。耕地整理系数的求算,使提高的耕地质量有了量化依据;将耕地整理系数应用于占用耕地审批调动了耕地整理的积极性,提高了耕地质量,在满足经济发展的同时,保证了粮食安全。

Analyze and consolidate the classification results of farmland and intermediate results of farmland supplementary convert with the methods of mathematical statistics and correlation analysis, get the relations between farmland grade and marking standard grains through establishing related models. Take the dynamic balance of total grain output as the principle and work out the consolidation coefficient of farmland and finally work out the permission indicators of farmland occupied through formulae. The calculation of farmland consolidation provides quantitative basis to the quality of farmland, improve the quality of farmland and ensure the food supply safety while satisfying the economic development.
