腰淋巴结形态学研究

THE MORPHOLOGICAL STUDY OFTHE LUMBAR LYMPH NODES

观察与测量了３４具成人尸体标本（男１８，女１６）的腰淋巴结形态、配布、数目及大小。腰淋巴结有２２～６０个结，平均３８．８１±１０．５５个，配布在腹主动脉与下腔静脉周围，分为主动脉左、前、后，主动脉腔静脉间，腔静脉右、前、后淋巴结７群。淋巴结呈圆形、椭圆形和长条状，大小不一，其长轴与大血管长轴平行排列。淋巴结的长、宽、厚径分别为１１．１９±７．４１ｍｍ，５．５３±２．５６ｍｍ和２．４５±１．２４ｍｍ，讨论了淋巴结厚径在淋巴系影像学诊断中的意义。

The shape , distribution , number and the sjze of the lumbar lymph nodes were studied in 34 adult cadavers (male 18 , female 16 ) . The lumbar lymph nodes were distributed around the abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava. They were divided into 7 groups , the left aortic lymph nodes , preaortic lymph nodes , postaortic lymph nodes , precaval lymph nodes , postcaval lymph nodes and the lymph nodes between aorta . and inferior vena cava (intermediate lumbar nodes ) . The number of the nodes was 22-60 ( 38. 81±10. 55 x±s) . They were round , elliptic or elongated , and arranged in columns or scattered alongside the aorta and inferior vana cava. The nodes were variable in size , the longitudinal , width and thicknes. of the nodes were 11.19±7. 14mm , 5.33±2. 56mm and 2.45±1. 24mm ,respectively.
