脐血红细胞免疫功能的研究

STUDY ON UMBILICAL CORK RBC IMMUNE FUNCTION

测定了脐血红细胞免疫Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率、免疫复合物花环率、血清红细胞Ｃ３ｂ花环促进率、血清红细胞Ｃ３ｂ花环抑制率和肿瘤红细胞免疫花环率。结果表明：脐血红细胞免疫复合物花环率明显高于成年人，血清红细胞Ｃ３ｂ花环促进率和肿瘤红细胞免疫粘附花环率明显低于成年人，脐血红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率和Ｃ３ｂ花环抑制率与成年人无明显差异。

RBC-Cb receptor rose ( RCRR ) , RBC-CIC receptor rose (RIRR ) , serum RBC- Cb receptor rose furming-promoting ( RFIR ) , serum RBC-Cb receptor rose forming- inhihiting (RFIR ) and tumor cells RBC rose (TRR ) of uncbilical cord blood and normal abult blood were detected. The resultst sItowed that there was no obvious difference of HCRR between umbilical cord blood and tnormal adult hlood ( P > 0. 05 ) , RIRR of umbilical cord blond was higher than that of the adult (P<0. 01 ) , RFPR of umbilical cord blood was lower than that of the adult. EFIR was not obvious different from that of the normal. On the other hand , TRR of umbilical cord blood was lower than that of abult blood (P<0. 01 ) .
