摘要
应用液氮(-196℃)冷冻保存的同种带瓣主、肺动脉施行主动脉瓣替换术4例,全主动脉根部替换术2例,其中1例用自体带瓣肺动脉,纠治复杂先天性心脏畸形3例,其中2例用同种带瓣管道作右室流出道与肺动脉连接,1例用同种带瓣主动脉片作跨瓣环右室流出道扩大术。与异种或人工材料相比,同种瓣膜或带瓣管道具有血流动力学符合生理要求,瓣膜功能好,有一定的活性,耐久性长,无需抗凝,无血栓、出血并发症,无免疫排斥等优点。外科操作技术亦较简便。
Nine Cases of 1iquid-nitrogen-preserved conduit valved homografts ( CVH ) were used in aortic valve replacement , aortic root replacement and extracardiac conduits in complex congenital heart disease correction. The proceeding method , cryopreservation technique,surgical application and indication of CVH were discuseed, The authors suggest that compared with heterograft or artificial valve,CVH shows advantages of good hemodynamic property, normal valvular function, some degree of viblilty, long-term. durability, needless anticoagulation,free of thromboembolism and bleeding complication , free of intmune rejection. The surgical implant technique is relatively simple.
