摘要 观察有关犬喉的颈部肌肉、喉的主要供血来源和回流静脉,分析大限血液循环的主要通道,测量相关血管的管径,以探讨吻合血管的选择,设计很再植成移植的血管吻合方式。提出两侧颈总动脉的颅甲动脉及预外静脉的颅喉静脉、喉奇静脉(通过舌骨静脉弓)是犬喉血液循环的主要通道,移植时可选择带有颅甲动脉的顿总动脉和两侧的颈外静脉作为吻合血管;单一颅甲动脉可以维持犬喉的血供。 In order to carry out an experiment of canine laryngeal transplantation,neck dis-sections were performed in 10 canines in this study. Canine larynx-correlated neck muscles and themain arteries which supply the larynx and drainage veins were observed. The diameter of the vesselwas measured and the major passages -of the blood circulation were analysed. The arteries andveins,which should be anastomosed, were discussed. The results showed that the bilated cranialthyroid arteries arising from the common carotid and the external jugular veins(through the hyoidvenous arch) were the major passages of blood circulation of the larynx. This finding suggestedthat the unilateral cranial thyroid artery can supply sufficient blood for the survival of a transplan-tated larynx.
