摘要 传统的模具设计主要依靠模具设计师的直觉和经验,模具通常要经过反复的调试和修正才能投入生产,模具的设计周期长,成本高。利用CAD软件设计模具,可以通过模具的充模和开模仿真,检查所设计模具成型零件的合理性,减少模具设计周期,降低生产成本。 Traditional mold designers usually depend on their intuition and experience. Mould is always debug and corrected again and again before it can be used in production. The mold design cycle is long and the cost is high. Simulation of molding and mold opening by CAD software can help testify the reasonability of mold shaping part designing, it can also shorten the period of mould design and lower the product cost. Taking slide part as an example, the whole process of simulation of molding and mold opening for mould shaping part of designing is briefly introduced.
