摘要
本研究以安徽"农村中小学现代远程教育工程"实施的具体情况为例,在对部分管理员、校长访谈的基础上,结合芜湖县部分调研数据进行了相关性分析,从生态学的视角指出了实施过程中的若干失衡问题,并提出了解决的策略,旨在激发人们更深层次的思考,促进农村中小学现代远程教育工程的可持续发展。
The intention of the Project of Modern Distance Education in Rural Elementary and Middle Schools is first to reduce the gap of education between city and rural areas,further to facilitate the balanced development of basic education,simultaneously to improve the competence of peasantry,finally to speed up the process of informationization in rural areas.Being carried out for more than three years,this project has obtained profuse phased fruits,which in a certain extent solve the issue of unsubstantial quality of the teachers in rural elementary and middle schools,thus change the visage of those schools.While at the same time,in view of ecology,the implementary process of the Project of Modern Distance Education in Rural Elementary and Middle Schools is in face of many unavoidable issues,such as:the motivity mechanism unbalance caused by improper orientation of the assessment criterion and incomplete application environment;the function mechanism unbalance represented as unconspicuous results of upper teacher training,lacking following funds and weak managing staffs;and the service mechanism unbalance.In order to solve these problems,also from the angle of ecology,it is required to ameliorate the motivity mechanism,to achieve a more balanced function mechanism via strengthening managing staffs,increasing the performance of teacher training and ensuring the funding supply,and to outspread service field to the max and to heighten holistic employing benefits.
