双引流预防直肠全系膜切除术后吻合口漏的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Efficacy of Double Drainage in the Prevention of Anastomotic Leakage after Total Mesorectal Excision

为探讨直肠全系膜切除术（TME）后吻合口漏的预防措施，对136例直肠癌行TME患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果显示，单纯行TME手术89例，术后发生吻合121漏6例，发生率6．7％；行TME加双引流术47例，术后发生吻合口漏1例，发生率2．1％。结果表明，双引流可明显降低TME术后吻合口漏的发生率，是预防TME术后吻合口漏的有效方法。

The clinical data of 136 cases who had undergone total mesorectal excision（TME） were retrospectively analized in an attempt to investigate a preventive measures against anastomotic leakage after TME. As results,in the 89 cases who underwent TME without double drainage,postoperative anastomotic leakage occurred in 6 cases（6.7%） while in the 47 cases who underwent TME with double drainage,that occurred in one case（2.1%）. It is concluded that double drainage is of the efficacy of notably reducing the occurrence rate of anastomotic leakage after TME.
