仿真排粪造影剂在排粪造影中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Self-made Simulation Defecation Contrast Medium in Defecographic Examination

为克服排粪造影中钡悬液造影剂的缺点与不足，采用自行研制的仿真排粪造影剂，对70例便秘患者进行了排粪造影检查。结果显示，不但可清晰地测量肛管长度与宽度、会阴下降程度、直肠黏膜脱垂程度、直肠前突程度，而且可以显示直肠内套叠情况，扩大了检查范围。结果表明，仿真排粪造影剂为出口排便障碍的诊断提供了直观可靠的检查方法。

A new self-made defecation contrast medium（SDCM） was produced in our department and applied to the defecography examination for 70 patients with constipation. As results,this SDCM could clearly show length ＆ wideth of the measured anal canal,show the extent of perineum discent,the extent of rectal mucosa prolapse ＆ the extent of rectocele,and could show the status of internal rectal intussusception. It is revealed that SDCM is of the strong point of enlarge defecation fluoroscopic examination and of providing a visible ＆ reliable method for outlet disorder.
