高频电容场手术与Milligan—Morgan手术治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ度痔疗效对比研究

The Therapeutic Efficacy of High Frequency Electric Capacity Field Therapy vs Milligan-Morgan Procedure in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids of Ⅲ-Ⅳ Degrees

研究应用高频电容场治疗仪对Ⅲ-Ⅳ度痔进行手术治疗。使用高频电容场门诊治疗的61例痔患者为试验组，传统Milligan—Morgan住院手术的60例患者为对照组。对比分析两组患者在术中失血、术后疼痛、尿潴留、创面愈合时间、术后创面水肿、手术时间、医疗费用等差异，并在术后1年进行随访。结果显示，试验组比对照组手术时间短、术中失血少、术后尿潴留发生率低、医疗费用低廉，在术后疼痛及创面愈合时间方面则逊于对照组。术后1年随访两组在肛门狭窄、漏粪漏气、原位复发、排便困难等方面两组比较无显著性差异。结果表明，与传统Milligan—Morgan住院手术相比较，用高频电容场进行Ⅲ-Ⅳ度痔门诊手术，手术时间短、医疗费用低廉、术中失血少、术后尿潴留发生率低。

The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of high frequency electric ca pacity field therapy in the treatment of hemorrhoids of Ⅲ-Ⅳ degrees. 61 patients underwent high frequency electric capacity field treatment at out-patients dept. （the trial group） and 60 Milligan-Morgan Procedure （the controlled group, all hospitalized）. The resultant indexes were observed： intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain, urine retension, wound healing time, wound edema, operative time, medical cost, etc. Follow up lasted for one year. As results,the therapeutic results in the aspects of intraoperative time,blood loss,postoperative urine retension and medical cost were better in the trial group,while the therapeutic aspects of postoperative pain and wound healing time were better in the controlled group. There were no notable differences in anal stricture,stool gas incontinence,recurrence,dysporia,etc between the two groups. It is suggested that high frequency electric capacity field therapy has many strong points and is worthy of clinical application.
